- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I know this branch is absolutely horrible. They are rude disrespectful and the are wannabe con artists. They are very unprofessional and need an attitude adjustment. I ihave been with kfb for awhile but not with this branch. I will never use them again. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and leaveing any review i possibly on any site i can to warn any new client they may recieve. So i repeat do not start an account with this branch they will try and take advantage of you any way how. Screw them....July 31, 2017by john fox
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with them for around three years now. I have had to file a claim with them because of an accident. Everything they have done for us has been extremely professional, fast, and with care. I have had several different insurance companies in the past and to this day, not one compares to KY Farm Bureau.
